Application of Blended Teaching in Standardized Training of Neurology Residents-Exploration of Electrophysiology Teaching
Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of blended teaching in standardized training of neurology residents, focusing on electrophysiology teaching.Methods:Eighty-eight neurology residents participating in standardized training from September 2010 to August 2020 at the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou were selected.During the neuroelectrophysiology rotation, the control group's 46 residents received traditional teaching, and the experimental group's 42 residents received CBL blended PBL teaching.Performance assessments in electrophysiology operations and result interpretation were conducted, and the differences in scores and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results:The experimental group showed significantly better performance in operation assessment(P=0.000),result interpretation assessment(P=0.003),and teaching satisfaction(P=0.001)compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion:Blended teaching in electrophysiology during the standardized training of neurology residents is significant and can promote teaching quality.
