Application of CBL Teaching Method Combined with"One-on-One"Guidance in Clinical Practicum Teaching of Children's Pulmonary Function
Objective:Explore the application effect of CBL teaching method combined with"one-on-one"guidance in clinical practicum teaching of children's pulmonary function.Methods:Forty-six participants from a respiratory specialist nurse training class were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each with 23 people. The control group used traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group used CBL teaching method combined with"one-on-one"guidance.The lung function examination scores and subjective evaluations of teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The examination scores and overall subjective evaluations of teaching effects in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practicum teaching of children's pulmonary function, applying CBL teaching method combined with"one-on-one"guidance is more conducive to students'understanding and mastery of theoretical teaching content, improving clinical application abilities, and achieving higher satisfaction with guidance.
