PICO设计理念在神经外科临床教学中的应用

目的:探讨PICO设计理念在神经外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2020年1月于本院神经外科实习的72名临床医学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(ne=36),均由同一带教老师进行2个月的实习教学。对照组采用常规临床教学模式,试验组采用PICO设计理念的临床教学模式,对比两组实习生教学结束后的理论知识与临床操作技能考试成绩,以及实习生评教情况和临床教学满意度。结果:教学结束后,试验组实习生理论知识与临床操作技能考试成绩均比对照组的更高(P<0。05);试验组实习生对临床教学的教学过程、教学引导和教学效果评分均比对照组的更高(P<0。05);且试验组实习生对临床教学的满意度明显比对照组的更高(P<0。05)。结论:将PICO设计理念应用于神经外科的临床教学中,可明显提高实习生的神经外科理论知识和实践操作能力,并提高临床教学质量和教学满意度,具有较好的应用效果。
Application of PICO Design Concept in Clinical Teaching of Neurosurgery
Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the PICO design concept in clinical teaching of neurosurgery.Methods:Seventy-two clinical medical students who underwent neurosurgery internship from January 2018 to January 2020 at our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=36)and a control group(n=36).Both groups underwent a 2-month internship under the guidance of the same preceptor.The control group received conventional clinical teaching,while the experimental group received clinical teaching based on the PICO design concept.The theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skill exam scores,student evaluations,and clinical teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the internship.Results:After the teaching,the experimental group's scores in theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group also scored higher in evaluations of the teaching process,guidance,and effectiveness of clinical teaching(P<0.05).Moreover,the satisfaction of the experimental group with clinical teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PICO design concept in the clinical teaching of neurosurgery significantly improves the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns,enhances the quality of clinical teaching,and increases teaching satisfaction.
