Application Research of MDT-CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Education on Hematologic Tumors
Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of the combined application of MDT and CBL teaching methods in hematologic tumor education.Methods:From May 2020 to February 2021,43 standardized training participants in the Hematology Department were randomly divided into an experimental group(23 participants)and a control group(20 participants).The experimental group used the MDT-CBL teaching method,while the control group used the LBL teaching method.The teaching effectiveness of the two groups was compared through final assessments and questionnaire surveys of teaching faculty.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in overall scores for clinical case analysis,practical skills,and final assessments(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey indicated that the experimental group participants surpassed the control group in terms of learning enthusiasm,knowledge mastery,literature review ability,practical application of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking ability,and teamwork skills(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MDT-CBL teaching method effectively enhances the clinical education on hematologic tumors,comprehensively improving the participants'overall capabilities.
