骨骼运动系统整合课程的构建与实践探索

目的:探讨骨骼运动系统整合课程的构建与实践。方法:回顾性选取2019年7月至2020年7月本校医学专业学生100名,依据教学方法分为骨骼运动系统整合课程组(试验组)、传统老三段式教学模式组(对照组)两组,各50名。结果:试验组学生的文献翻译、计算机题库模拟测评、以患者和问题为导向的学习(patient problem-based learning,PPBL)考试、学生互评、床旁临床技能考核、期末笔试成绩及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论:骨骼运动系统整合课程的构建与实践效果好。
Construction and Practice Exploration of the Integrated Course of the Skeletal Muscular System
Objective:To explore the construction and practice of the integrated course of the skeletal muscular system.Methods:A retrospective selection of 100 medical students from July 2019 to July 2020 was conducted.Based on teaching methods,they were divided into a skeletal muscular system integrated course group(experimental group)and a traditional three-stage teaching model group(control group),with 50 students in each group.Results:The experimental group's scores in literature translation,computer question bank simulation assessment,patient problem-based learning(PPBL)exam performance,peer evaluation,bedside clinical skill assessment,final written exam scores,and total scores were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction and practice of the skeletal muscular system integrated course are effective.
