摘要
通过对天津医科大学总医院临床医学硕士研究生思想政治教育状况问卷调查结果进行分析,探讨了当前临床医学研究生思想政治教育存在的问题和原因,在此基础上就如何加强和改进临床医学研究生思想政治教育提出对策,为培养出高素质、高层次的优秀人才创造条件.
Abstract
This article analyzes the current status of ideological and political education for clinical medical postgraduates at the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University through a questionnaire survey.The problems and reasons in current ideological and political education for clinical medical postgraduates are discussed.Based on this analysis,strategies are proposed to strengthen and improve ideological and political education for clinical medical postgraduates,aiming to create conditions for the cultivation of high-quality and high-level talents.
