Survey and Analysis of Hierarchical Professional Training Needs for Nurses in University Affiliated Hospitals
Objective:To understand the hierarchical professional training needs of nurses in a university affiliated hospital and provide reference for the design of tiered training courses for nurses.Methods:A stratified sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 197 nurses from four hospital zones.The data were collected,organized,and analyzed.Results:There were differences in training motivation,content,and methods among nurses at different levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Training content tailored to the knowledge and skills of nurses at different levels is needed.For N1 and N2 level nurses,emphasis should be placed on online skill operations,nursing protocols,and nursing procedures.For N3,N4,and N5 level nurses,training should focus on clinical teaching,nursing research,teaching methods,etc.,through scenario-based teaching,continuing education seminars,and other forms to meet the growth and development needs of nurses.
