摘要
目的:了解某大学附属医院护士在岗分层级专业培训需求,为护士分层培训课程方案设计提供参考.方法:采用分层抽样法对我院4个院区共197名护士进行问卷调查,对资料进行整理并分析.结果:不同层级的护士的培训动机、培训内容和培训方式的需求存在差异(P<0.05).结论:对于不同层级护士需设计符合其知识、技能特点的培训内容,对N1~N2层级护士侧重于进行线上技能操作、护理制度、护理流程的课程培训;对N3~N5层级护士应侧重于通过情境教学、继教班会议等形式进行临床教学、护理科研培训等,以满足护士成长与发展需求.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the hierarchical professional training needs of nurses in a university affiliated hospital and provide reference for the design of tiered training courses for nurses.Methods:A stratified sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 197 nurses from four hospital zones.The data were collected,organized,and analyzed.Results:There were differences in training motivation,content,and methods among nurses at different levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Training content tailored to the knowledge and skills of nurses at different levels is needed.For N1 and N2 level nurses,emphasis should be placed on online skill operations,nursing protocols,and nursing procedures.For N3,N4,and N5 level nurses,training should focus on clinical teaching,nursing research,teaching methods,etc.,through scenario-based teaching,continuing education seminars,and other forms to meet the growth and development needs of nurses.
