摘要
目的:全面了解并分析医学院校学生对劳动教育评价的认识与需求.方法:采用方便抽样方法,对北京中医药大学3672名1～5年级本科生进行问卷调查.结果:学生看重与专业实习相关的劳动教育评价,重要性选择率为89.30％;男生及低年级学生更重视劳动教育评价;学生更加关注志愿服务、社会实践与实习、社团活动的劳动教育评价.结论:高等医学院校学生劳动教育评价应针对学生所处不同年级、专业培养特色及第二课堂实际情况进行统筹与科学设计,从而达到培养学生正确的劳动价值观和良好劳动品质的目的.
Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively understand and analyze the awareness and needs of medical college students regarding labor education.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to survey 3,672 undergraduate students from grades 1 to 5 at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Results:Students value labor education evaluation related to professional internships,with an importance selection rate of 89.30％.Male students(P＜0.05,0.01)and lower-grade students(P＜0.01)attach greater importance to labor education evaluation.Students pay more attention to the evaluation of labor education in extracurricular activities such as voluntary service,social practice and internships,and club activities.Conclusion:The evaluation of labor education for students in higher medical colleges and universities should be scientifically designed and coordinated based on the different grades of students,the characteristics of professional training,and the actual situation of extracurricular activities,in order to cultivate students'correct labor values and good work ethics.
