Survey and Analysis of Medical College Students'Evaluation of Labor Education
Objective:To comprehensively understand and analyze the awareness and needs of medical college students regarding labor education.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to survey 3,672 undergraduate students from grades 1 to 5 at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Results:Students value labor education evaluation related to professional internships,with an importance selection rate of 89.30%.Male students(P<0.05,0.01)and lower-grade students(P<0.01)attach greater importance to labor education evaluation.Students pay more attention to the evaluation of labor education in extracurricular activities such as voluntary service,social practice and internships,and club activities.Conclusion:The evaluation of labor education for students in higher medical colleges and universities should be scientifically designed and coordinated based on the different grades of students,the characteristics of professional training,and the actual situation of extracurricular activities,in order to cultivate students'correct labor values and good work ethics.
