Analysis of the Characteristics of the Mentor Team of Medical Undergraduate Scientific Research Projects in Large Comprehensive Universities Under the Background of"Entrepreneurship and Innovation"
Objective:To explore the relationship between teachers and"entrepreneurship and innovation"projects.Method:Retrospective analysis of"entrepreneurship and innovation"project information data from 2013 to 2019.Results:The number of medical instructors has increased year by year;there are differences in the composition of professional title levels of instructors in different medical subdivision types.Conclusion:The number of clinical instructors is increasing.In other types of projects such as medical technology,there are certain deficiencies in the position source and professional title level of instructors,which require further attention in the future.
