Questionnaire Survey and Comparative Analysis of the Internship Status and Teaching Model Needs of Interns in Different Types of Colleges and Universities
Objective:To analyze the internship status and needs of laboratory interns from different universities.Methods:98 interns from the medical laboratory major were selected as the research subjects,and descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test were used.Results:In terms of teaching needs,interns from 985/211 universities and ordinary universities are more inclined to teach simultaneously in Chinese and English.College and university interns have the highest evaluation of internship effectiveness.Conclusion:Teaching teachers should adopt a hierarchical teaching plan to fully mobilize the potential of interns.
