师生关系对本科实习护生职业认同感的影响研究

摘要
目的:探讨师生关系对本科实习护生职业认同感的影响.方法:采用一般资料问卷、师生关系问卷、护生职业认同问卷对广东某高校实习护生进行调查.结果:205名实习护生职业认同感总分为(57.69± 9.22)分,师生关系总分为(66.86±9.71)分;护理实习生职业认同感与师生关系呈正相关(r=0.485,P<0.01).分层回归分析显示,师生关系对职业认同感有正向预测作用(P<0.01),可独立解释职业认同感3.3%的变异量.结论:护生职业认同感与师生关系均处于中等水平,有待提高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the current status and impact of teacher-student relationships on the vocational identity of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods:Questionnaires including general information,teacher-student relationship,and vocational identity were administered to nursing interns in a university in Guangdong Province.Results:The total score of vocational identity among 205 nursing interns was(57.69±9.23)points,and the total score of teacher-student relationships was(66.86±9.71)points.There was a positive correlation between vocational identity and teacher-student relationships(r=0.485,P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that teacher-student relationships positively predicted vocational identity(P<0.01)and could independently explain 3.3%of the variance in vocational identity.Conclusion:Both vocational identity and teacher-student relationships among nursing interns are at a moderate level and need improvement.
