Application Research of Flipped Classroom Teaching Model Based on SPOC in"Internal Medicine Nursing"Teaching
Objective:To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC in undergraduate teaching of"Internal Medicine Nursing".Methods:Two teaching classes of nursing majors at South China University in 2018 were selected as the research objects.One class was randomly selected as the experimental group(n=67),adopting the flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC;the other class was the control group(n=74),adopting the traditional teaching model.Compare the learning achievements and autonomous learning ability of the two groups,and investigate the evaluation of the teaching effect by the experimental group.Results:The total scores,midterm exam scores,and final exam scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).After implementation,the total score and each component score of the autonomous learning ability scale of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score and each component score of the autonomous learning ability scale of the experimental group after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC in the teaching of internal medicine nursing is beneficial to improving students'grades and autonomous learning ability,and improving teaching effectiveness.
