Application of Modular Critical Electrocardiogram Teaching in Standardized Training for Resident Physicians
To address the difficulties in electrocardiogram(ECG)teaching and the thinking characteristics of clinically trained residents,a modular ECG database centered around critical complaints in cardiology was constructed.Modular ECG teaching based on chief complaints was conducted accordingly. After the course, the teaching satisfaction and examination results of residents trained with traditional teaching and modular teaching were compared. The results showed that the modular teaching group had significantly higher satisfaction with teaching, interest in learning, and ability to analyze and solve problems compared to the traditional teaching group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The examination scores of the modular teaching group were(87.6±5.2),while those of the traditional teaching group were(74.1±3.8),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The modular ECG teaching system based on chief complaints is conducive to improving the quality of ECG teaching and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
