Application of Scenario Simulation Combined with Improved Mini-CEX in Standardized Training for Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident Physicians
Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation combined with improved Mini-CEX in standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology resident physicians. Methods:Sixty resident physicians participating in standardized training were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 in each group. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group received teaching using scenario simulation combined with improved Mini-CEX.A three-station Mini-CEX evaluation was conducted after the training. Results:The scores of various items on the Mini-CEX scale and the teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group. Conclusion:Scenario simulation combined with improved Mini-CEX can significantly improve the teaching quality of standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology resident physicians and enhance the comprehensive abilities of the trainees.
