Exploration of the Application of Combining Micro-Lectures and WeChat with Brainstorming in Hematology Internship Teaching
Clinical internship is a crucial transitional stage for medical students to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice and develop clinical thinking abilities.Traditional clinical internship teaching activities have many drawbacks.This paper discusses a specific implementation plan for clinical internship teaching reform in the hematology department of affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,combining three new educational methods and models:micro-lectures,WeChat,and brainstorming.It compares the new teaching model with the traditional one and evaluates them statistically,aiming to provide reference value for future clinical medical internship teaching reforms.
