Application of a Multidisciplinary Collaborative Teaching Model Based on Big Data in the Management of Nursing Internship Supervision in General Wards
Objective:To investigate the application of a multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data in the supervision of nursing interns in general ward settings.Methods:Ninety-eight nursing interns in our hospital's general wards from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and grouped according to a random number table. The control group received conventional teaching, while the experimental group received the multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data. The comprehensive nursing competency assessment scores and satisfaction levels were compared between the two groups. Results:The comprehensive nursing competency assessment scores in the experimental group, including theoretical assessment, practical skills, case analysis, literature retrieval, language expression, and teamwork, were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of supervision management in the experimental group was 91.84%(45/49),which was higher than that in the control group(71.43%,35/49)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data can improve theoretical assessment, practical skills, teamwork, and overall nursing satisfaction.
