摘要
目的:研究基于大数据多学科协作教学模式在全科病房护生实习带教中的应用.方法:选择2018年4月至2020年4月我院全科病房实习护生98名,依据随机数表法分组.对照组接受常规教学,试验组接受基于大数据的多学科协作教学模式.比较两组综合护理能力考核成绩及满意度.结果:试验组理论考核、操作技能、病例分析、文献检索、语言表达及团队协作等综合护理能力考核成绩均高于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组带教满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:基于大数据的多学科协作教学可提高理论考核、操作技能及团队协作等综合能力,增加护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of a multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data in the supervision of nursing interns in general ward settings.Methods:Ninety-eight nursing interns in our hospital's general wards from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and grouped according to a random number table.The control group received conventional teaching,while the experimental group received the multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data.The comprehensive nursing competency assessment scores and satisfaction levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The comprehensive nursing competency assessment scores in the experimental group,including theoretical assessment,practical skills,case analysis,literature retrieval,language expression,and teamwork,were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of supervision management in the experimental group was 91.84％(45/49),which was higher than that in the control group(71.43％,35/49)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on big data can improve theoretical assessment,practical skills,teamwork,and overall nursing satisfaction.
