Application of Flipped Classroom Teaching Method Based on Scenario Simulation in Cultivating Critical Thinking Ability of Nursing Interns
Objective:To explore the effect of the flipped classroom teaching method based on scenario simulation on the critical thinking ability of nursing interns. Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 200 nursing interns who were interning at our hospital, with 100 interns from June 2019 to June 2020 assigned to the experimental group and 100 interns from June 2018 to May 2019 assigned to the control group. The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group underwent teaching activities using the flipped classroom teaching method based on scenario simulation. The levels of critical thinking ability, nursing skills, and theoretical examination scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The critical thinking ability, nursing skills, and theoretical examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flipped classroom teaching method based on scenario simulation can effectively enhance the critical thinking ability, nursing skills, and theoretical examination scores of nursing interns, and it has certain value for promotion and application.
