以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法在中医内科学分证论治教学中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法对中医内科学分证论治教学效果的影响.方法:选择北京中医药大学2016级针灸康复专业的两个本科班为研究对象,选择"腹痛"和"肺胀"两个章节的分证论治部分进行教学.对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用以问题为导向教学法和师生互换教学法相结合的教学方法.通过病例分析题目考试的方式,评估教学效果的差异.结果:试验组学生的优良率高于对照组学生(P＜0.05);试验组学生考试成绩平均分数优于对照组学生(P＜0.05).结论:以问题为导向结合师生互换教学法在中医内科学分证论治部分的教学中能取得较好的效果.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of problem-oriented teaching combined with teacher-student exchange method on the teaching of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese internal medicine.Methods:Two undergraduate classes of acupuncture and rehabilitation majors from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2016 were selected as the research objects,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment parts of the chapters"Abdominal Pain"and"Lung Distention"were chosen for teaching.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopted a teaching method combining problem-oriented teaching and teacher-student exchange.The difference in teaching effect was evaluated through case analysis test questions.Results:From the comparison of score distribution,the excellent rate of students in the experimental group was higher than that of students in the control group(P＜0.05).From the comparison of average exam scores,the average exam scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those of students in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Problem-oriented teaching combined with teacher-student exchange method achieves good results in the teaching of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese internal medicine.
