Research on the Application of PBL+TBL Teaching Method Combined with MDT in the Standardized Training of Nuclear Medicine Residents
Objective:To explore the application value of the PBL+TBL teaching method combined with MDT teaching mode in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents.Methods:Thirty students undergoing standardized training in the nuclear medicine department of the Affiliated Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing Medical University(Nanjing First Hospital)from 2019 to 2021 were divided into a control group(using traditional teaching methods)and an experimental group(using the PBL+TBL teaching method combined with MDT teaching mode)for training.The effectiveness of the two teaching methods was evaluated through end-of-rotation examinations and questionnaires.Results:The average scores of the experimental group in the end-of-rotation examination and teaching evaluation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL+TBL combined with MDT teaching mode has good teaching effectiveness,significantly improving the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic thinking,expressive ability,and spirit of cooperation of residents.This method is expected to further improve the quality of professional training in nuclear medicine.
