Observation on the Effect of Mutual CP Teaching Method on Neurosurgical Nursing Interns
Objective:To study the application and effectiveness evaluation of the Mutual CP teaching method in the mentoring of neurosurgical nursing interns.Methods:Ninety-two neurosurgical nursing interns were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 46 each.The traditional teaching method(control group)and the Mutual CP teaching method(experimental group)were applied for mentoring,respectively.At the end of the internship,the interns in both groups underwent final examinations and core competency assessments,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in the final examination,core competency assessment,and overall competency evaluation compared to the control group,with P<0.05,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion:The application of the Mutual CP teaching method in neurosurgery not only improves the final examination scores of nursing interns but also enhances their core competencies and overall quality.
