摘要
目的:探讨"三阶梯"教学法在提高全科医生门诊接诊能力中的有效性.方法:选取2018年12月至2020年12月在我院进行培训的全科医生共91人,对其进行"门诊接诊规范理论学习—角色扮演工作坊模拟演练—社区教学门诊实践训练"的"三阶梯"门诊教学培训,培训前后进行全科医生理论知识和门诊接诊能力考核.结果:培训后全科医生理论知识成绩和门诊接诊能力较培训前有所提升(P<0.05).结论:"三阶梯"门诊教学法在一定程度上提高了全科医生门诊诊疗能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the"Three Steps"teaching method in improving the outpatient ability of general practitioners.Methods:A total of 91 general practitioners who were trained in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected to learn about the"Three Steps"of Outpatient teaching training,and the theoretical knowledge and the general practitioner's outpatient ability were assessed before and after the training.Results:After the general practice training,the trainees'theoretical knowledge and the outpatient service ability have improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"Three Steps"outpatient teaching method improves the outpatient diagnosis and treatment capabilities of general practitioners.
