Application of"Three Steps"Teaching Method in Outpatient Training of General Practitioners
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the"Three Steps"teaching method in improving the outpatient ability of general practitioners.Methods:A total of 91 general practitioners who were trained in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected to learn about the"Three Steps"of Outpatient teaching training,and the theoretical knowledge and the general practitioner's outpatient ability were assessed before and after the training.Results:After the general practice training,the trainees'theoretical knowledge and the outpatient service ability have improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"Three Steps"outpatient teaching method improves the outpatient diagnosis and treatment capabilities of general practitioners.
