医学研究生思想政治教育现状与协同反馈教育体系研究

随着医学研究生招生数量的增加,医学研究生思想政治教育工作压力也不断增加.研究生生源构成相对复杂,增加了思想政治教育工作的难度,也存在许多亟待解决的问题.新形势下提高医学研究生思想政治水平,需要对学生中出现的问题采取针对性措施.本研究首先调查了学生群体对现有思想政治教育的看法和自我思想政治评价,全面了解该群体中存在的主要问题.提出了一套党委统一领导、多岗位协同工作、积极解决反馈问题的教育体系,为现阶段医学研究生思想政治教育工作提供新方案.
Current Status of Ideological and Political Education for Medical Graduate Students and Research on Collaborative Feedback Education System
With the increase in the number of enrollments of medical graduate students,the composition of graduate student sources has become relatively complex,which has increased the difficulty of ideological and political education work and also raised many urgent issues to be addressed.To enhance the ideological and political level of medical graduate students in the new situation,targeted measures need to be taken to address the problems encountered by students.This study first investigated the opinions of the student population on the existing ideological and political education and their self-evaluation of ideological and political thoughts,to comprehensively understand the main problems existing in this group.A set of educational systems led by the party committee,involving collaborative work across multiple positions,and actively addressing feedback issues is proposed,providing a new solution for the current ideological and political education work of medical graduate students.
