Exploration and Reflection on the Cultural Construction of Medical Schools in Top Universities:A Case Study of Zhejiang University School of Medicine
Cultural construction serves as an intrinsic driving force for promoting the high-quality development of medical schools in top universities,as well as a powerful lever for their dissemination and influence,undertaking the roles of cultural heritage and value guidance.This paper,considering the significance of strengthening the cultural construction of medical schools in the new era,analyzes and summarizes the exploration and achievements of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in building a distinctive cultural system.By addressing the current deficiencies and urgent needs in the cultural construction of top medical schools,this study provides a pathway for further deepening the cultural connotation construction and strengthening the cultural leadership capabilities of top medical schools.
