基于现状和问题分析,提出推动现有药学技术人员的转型培养,积极支持院校培养,保障合理薪酬待遇等三项建设措施,以增加数量,提升整体素质,实现临床药师"有量、有质、有为、有位、有薪",促进临床药学的健康可持续发展,最终提高临床合理用药水平。
Current Status,Issues,and Measures for the Construction of Clinical Pharmacist Teams
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems,this paper proposes three construction measures:promoting the transformational training of existing pharmacy technicians,actively supporting the training in colleges and universities,and ensuring reasonable salary and benefits.These measures aim to increase the number of clinical pharmacists,improve their overall quality,and achieve the goals of"sufficient quantity,high quality,proactive engagement,appropriate positioning,and adequate compensation"for clinical pharmacists.This will promote the healthy and sustainable development of clinical pharmacy and ultimately enhance the level of rational drug use in clinical practice.
