Comparative Analysis of Anxiety,Depression,and Sleep Quality among Medical Graduates in Different Employment States
Objective:To investigate the influence of different employment states on anxiety and depression among medical graduates.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 241 undergraduate medical graduates from a medical university in Shenyang.Results:Different employment states had a statistically significant impact on anxiety,depression,and sleep quality among graduates.Graduates who were still seeking employment experienced the greatest psychological pressure,while those who were preparing for postgraduate entrance examinations,had successfully passed the examinations,or had already found employment experienced the least pressure.Conclusion:Schools should pay close attention to the psychological issues of graduates and take effective measures to prevent psychological crises.
