摘要
选择实习生视角,从"实习环境、实习管理、师德师风、教学管理、教学质量"五维度设计调查量表,采用Likert5级评分法,调研实习满意度,分析新成立附属医院实习工作的经验和不足,为完善实习工作提供参考.
Abstract
From the perspective of interns,this study designed a questionnaire covering five dimensions:"internship environment,internship management,ethics and professionalism of supervisors,teaching management,and teaching quality".Using the Likert 5-point scale,the satisfaction of interns was surveyed to analyze the experiences and shortcomings of internship work at newly established affiliated hospitals,providing reference for improving internship work.
