Relationship Between Time Management,Subjective Well-being,and Academic Performance among Medical University Students
Purpose:To investigate the relationship between time management tendencies,subjective well-being,and academic performance among medical university students,as well as the influencing factors.Methods:Convenient sampling was used to survey 170 students from a medical university using self-designed questionnaires,the Adolescent Time Management Tendency Scale,and the General Well-being Scale to assess students'time management tendencies and subjective well-being.Results:There is a positive correlation between time management tendencies and academic performance as well as subjective well-being among medical university students(r=0.20,r=0.25,P<0.05).There are differences in academic performance among students from different majors and grades(P<0.01),and differences in time management tendencies among students from different grades(P<0.05).Conclusion:Time management tendencies among medical university students are closely related to subjective well-being and academic performance,and are influenced by grade and major.
