Application of the RIME Model in Clinical Practice Evaluation of Medical Students
Effective evaluation of teaching quality remains a challenge in medical education.The"Reporter-Interpreter-Manager-Educator(RIME)"model is an effective method for evaluating medical education.However,the RIME model is not widely known in China,and there is little research on it.Therefore,this article reviews the origin,development,application progress,advantages,disadvantages,and application prospects of the RIME model in clinical practice evaluation of medical students,aiming to provide a new method and approach for clinical teaching evaluation.
