摘要
如何对教学质量进行有效评价仍然是目前医学教育的难点."汇报者—解读者—管理者—教育者(RIME)"模型是一种有效的医学教育评价方法.但RIME模型目前在我国知晓度不高,相关研究很少,因此对其由来及发展,在临床医学实践评价中的应用进展,优缺点及应用前景等进行综述,以期为临床教学评价提供一种新的方法和途径.
Abstract
Effective evaluation of teaching quality remains a challenge in medical education.The"Reporter-Interpreter-Manager-Educator(RIME)"model is an effective method for evaluating medical education.However,the RIME model is not widely known in China,and there is little research on it.Therefore,this article reviews the origin,development,application progress,advantages,disadvantages,and application prospects of the RIME model in clinical practice evaluation of medical students,aiming to provide a new method and approach for clinical teaching evaluation.
