摘要

目的:通过与传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)比较,探索基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学法应用于内分泌科实习小讲课的可行性.方法:将120名规培生随机分为试验组和对照组,考查理论知识、病例分析能力并予以问卷调查.试验组采用基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)比较.结果:试验组学生的理论知识与病例分析成绩均显著高于对照组,且具有更高的教学满意度.结论:基于循证医学PICOS模式的CBL教学法在激发学习兴趣、培养临床思维及完善知识体系等方面具有优势.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the feasibility of applying the CBL teaching method based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model to small lectures in endocrinology internships compared with traditional lecture-based teaching(LBL).Methods:120 residents were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Theoretical knowledge,case analysis abilities,and satisfaction were assessed and questionnaire surveys were conducted.The experimental group received CBL teaching based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model,while the control group received traditional LBL teaching.Results:The theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with higher teaching satisfaction.Conclusion:The CBL teaching method based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model has advantages in stimulating learning interest,fostering clinical thinking,and improving knowledge systems.
