Application of CBL Teaching Method Based on PICOS Model in Endocrinology Internship Small Lectures
Objective:To explore the feasibility of applying the CBL teaching method based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model to small lectures in endocrinology internships compared with traditional lecture-based teaching(LBL).Methods:120 residents were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Theoretical knowledge,case analysis abilities,and satisfaction were assessed and questionnaire surveys were conducted.The experimental group received CBL teaching based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model,while the control group received traditional LBL teaching.Results:The theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with higher teaching satisfaction.Conclusion:The CBL teaching method based on the evidence-based medicine PICOS model has advantages in stimulating learning interest,fostering clinical thinking,and improving knowledge systems.
