Application of Internet Plus Microteaching Method Combined with Replay Teaching Mode in Laparoscopic Surgical Skill Training
Objective:To explore the application effect of the Internet Plus microteaching method combined with the replay teaching mode in laparoscopic surgical skill training. Methods:Thirty students from the 2020 cohort undergoing standardized residency training in general surgery at our hospital, who had not received previous laparoscopic training, were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 15 students in each group. The control group received traditional training methods, while the experimental group received training using the Internet Plus microteaching method combined with the replay teaching mode.At the beginning of the training and in the 8th week of training, the students in both groups were assessed for their operative skills.A satisfaction survey was conducted for all students after the training. The assessment scores and satisfaction survey results of the two groups were analyzed. Results:The assessmentscores of each module in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001);in terms of satisfaction, the experimental group performed better than the control group in terms of teaching methods, interest in training content, class atmosphere, improvement in laparoscopic skills, and sense of learning achievement(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Internet Plus microteaching method combined with the replay teaching mode can effectively improve students'laparoscopic surgical skills, enhance their learning interest, and cultivate their active learning ability. It is a teaching method worthy of extensive promotion.
