Application Study of Sandwich Teaching Combined with Digestive Endoscopy Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Gastroenterology
Objective:To explore the application effect of the sandwich teaching method combined with the digestive endoscopy teaching model in clinical internship teaching of gastroenterology. Methods:A total of 169 undergraduate students who interned in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from April 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.Eighty-five interns in single months were selected as the experimental group, and 84 interns in double months were selected as the control group for the study. The experimental group implemented sandwich teaching combined with digestive endoscopy teaching, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching model. The teaching effect was evaluated through final exam scores and questionnaire surveys. Results:There was no significant difference in basic knowledge scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).However,the case analysis scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sandwich teaching method combined with the digestive endoscopy teaching model plays a positive role in promoting the integration of theory and clinical practice, significantly improving teaching effectiveness and satisfaction. It is worth promoting in clinical internship teaching of gastroenterology.
