Application of Three-Dimensional Case-Based Learning Method in Nursing Internship Supervision in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine
Objective:To explore the application effect of the three-dimensional case-based teaching method in the supervision of nursing interns in the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine department. Methods:Sixty nursing interns in the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine department, who started their internship from June 2019 to April 2020,were selected as participants. They were randomly divided into two groups:a control group of 30 participants who received traditional supervision, and an experimental group of 30 participants who received supervision based on the three-dimensional case-based teaching method in addition to traditional supervision. The overall nursing assessment scores of the two groups and their satisfaction with the teaching effect were evaluated after the implementation. Results:The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences. Conclusion:The three-dimensional case-based teaching method applied to nursing interns in the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine department can effectively improve the quality of clinical supervision, enhance the overall nursing capabilities of interns, and meet the needs of medical development.
