Research on the Application of Intelligent 3D Video Teaching Mode in Orthopedic Practice Teaching
Objective:To explore and evaluate the theoretical basis and application effect of the clinical practice teaching mode in orthopedics under the intelligent 3D video teaching mode.Methods:248 undergraduate students from classes 1 to 5 of the clinical class of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities in 2015 were selected as the experimental group,and 242 undergraduate students from classes 6 to 10 of the same grade were selected as the control group.The experimental group adopted the intelligent 3D video teaching mode for clinical practice teaching,while the control group adopted the conventional multimedia teaching+simulated surgical teaching mode.The differences in theoretical examination scores,clinical thinking and practical ability assessment,and classroom satisfaction evaluation between the two groups were compared through the same set of questions,aiming to explore and evaluate the application effect of the two teaching modes in orthopedic practice teaching.Results:The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the intelligent 3D video teaching mode,it has a good practical effect on improving students'understanding and practical clinical skills,and has a promising application prospect in orthopedic clinical practice teaching.
