Application and Evaluation of Optimized Integrated Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Geriatric Medicine
Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of the optimized integrated teaching method in standardized training of geriatric medicine.Methods:Forty-one standardized training participants in general practice were selected as the research subjects and were evenly divided into an experimental group(21 participants)and a control group(20 participants)after balancing interfering factors. The optimized integrated teaching method and traditional teaching method were respectively applied to the two groups. The participants were assessed for five aspects of ability, and the difference between the scores at the beginning and end of the training was used as the progress indicator. Results:Multivariate statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.001),with higher scores in the experimental group.Additional analysis of abilities showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups in terms of thinking expansion ability and knowledge acquisition ability, with higher scores in the former;there was no significant difference in language expression ability between the two groups. Conclusion:For general practitioners undergoing standardized training in geriatric medicine, the optimized integrated teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in enhancing various clinical abilities.
