The Application of Standardized Patients Combined with Scenario-based Teaching Method in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training
Objective:To investigate the application of standardized patients combined with scenario-based teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for medical volunteers. Methods:A total of 72 medical volunteers who were scheduled to participate in the"three visits to the countryside"program in July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 36 participants in each group. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group received standardized patients combined with scenario-based simulation teaching. Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction levels in improving first aid awareness, clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication skills, clinical operation efficiency, and teamwork ability compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized patients combined with scenario-based teaching method can effectively improve the clinical skills and satisfaction of medical volunteers in CPR training for the"Three Visits to the Countryside"program, enhancing clinical operation efficiency and doctor-patient communication skills.
