转化式学习理念融入线上线下生物化学实验教学模式的探索

医学基础课生物化学的实验课是理论知识学习和临床应用的重要支撑。为满足新时代应用型医学人才培养的需要,教学设计中融入转化式学习理念,利用线上线下教学有机结合的方式将实验课程体系进行优化整合。课前线上推送课件和视频资源,学生在虚拟仿真实验云平台自主学习,查阅相关文献,充分准备后进入线下实验操作,在小组合作中教与学共进,通过考核评价检测学生学习效果。实验课程线上线下教学中采用转化式学习理念,能激发学生对理论知识的学习兴趣,增强学生自主学习能力,培养实践操作技能和科研思维,探索出一种更适用于应用型医学本科高校实验教学的教育教学方法。
Exploring the Integration of Transformative Learning Concept into Online and Offline Biochemistry Laboratory Teaching
The laboratory course of biochemistry,a fundamental medical course,serves as an essential support for theoretical knowledge learning and clinical application.To meet the needs of cultivating applied medical talents in the new era,the teaching design integrates the concept of transformative learning and optimizes the laboratory course system by organically combining online and offline teaching methods.Before class,courseware and video resources are delivered online,allowing students to engage in autonomous learning on virtual simulation platforms,review relevant literature,and adequately prepare before conducting offline experiments.In small group cooperation,teaching and learning progress together,and student learning outcomes are assessed and evaluated through examinations.Adopting the transformative learning concept in both online and offline laboratory teaching can stimulate students'interest in learning theoretical knowledge,enhance their autonomous learning ability,cultivate practical operation skills and research thinking,and explore an educational teaching method more suitable for laboratory teaching in undergraduate medical schools focusing on applied medicine.
