内窥镜诊疗模拟系统联合PBL教学在上消化道内镜培训中的应用

目的:探讨内窥镜诊疗模拟系统联合PBL教学法在上消化道内镜培训中的应用。方法:选取自2017年6月至2020年6月在我院内镜中心学习上消化道内镜检查(胃镜)操作的内科住院医师、研究生及进修生为研究对象,分为两组:试验组(内窥镜诊疗模拟系统联合PBL教学法)及对照组(传统教学法),学习8周后进行理论考试、实际操作(GAGES-UE评分)和学员满意度调查。对两组考核结果及满意度调查结果进行对比分析。结果:试验组的理论考核分值、实际操作评分(GAGES-UE评分)、内镜操作时间及学生满意度均明显优于对照组。结论:内窥镜诊疗模拟系统联合PBL教学法在上消化道内镜培训中具有明显的优势,显著提高学员满意度,值得向临床推广。
Application of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment Simulation System Combined with PBL Teaching in Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Training
Objective:To explore the application of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment simulation system combined with PBL teaching in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy training.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,internal medicine residents,postgraduates,and visiting scholars who studied upper gastrointestinal endoscopy(gastroscopy)operations at our endoscopy center were selected and divided into two groups:the experimental group(endoscopic diagnosis and treatment simulation system combined with PBL teaching)and the control group(traditional teaching).After 8 weeks of learning,theoretical examinations,practical operations(GAGES-UE scores),and student satisfaction surveys were conducted.The results of the assessments and satisfaction surveys of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher scores in theoretical examinations,practical operation evaluations(GAGES-UE scores),endoscopic operation time,and student satisfaction compared to the control group receiving traditional teaching.Conclusion:The combination of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment simulation system with PBL teaching has significant advantages in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy training,significantly improving student satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
