摘要
目前的外科专业学位研究生不同学科间知识、技能的交叉融合、综合运用能力的缺陷非常明显.基于MDT的外科专业学位教学方法为研究生带来了一场疑难复杂疾病临床思维和诊疗规范的高端实战演练.提高了研究生解决复杂问题的临床思维及针对不同学科间知识的交叉融合、综合运用能力,为培养新一代高端复合型外科人才提供了保障.
Abstract
Currently,the deficiency in the integration and comprehensive application of knowledge and skills among different disciplines is quite evident in graduate education in surgical specialties.The surgical specialty education method based on Multidisciplinary Team(MDT)brings graduate students to a high-end practical exercise in clinical thinking and standardized diagnosis and treatment for difficult and complex diseases.It enhances the clinical thinking of graduate students in solving complex problems and their ability to integrate and comprehensively apply knowledge from different disciplines.This provides a guarantee for cultivating a new generation of high-end composite surgical talents.
