Exploration and Practice of Fulfilling the Responsibilities of Moral Education and Cultivating Talents by Graduate Supervisors
The implementation of the responsibilities of moral education and talent cultivation by graduate supervisors directly affects the quality of graduate education.This study conducted an evaluation of moral education and talent cultivation among 249 graduate supervisors in a affiliated hospital of a university in Liaoning Province,and assessed the overall implementation status of moral education and talent cultivation.A comparative analysis was conducted from different aspects,and reasonable suggestions were provided.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the implementation status of moral education and talent cultivation based on gender and age;however,the professional background of supervisors had a significant impact.Moreover,the average evaluation scores of doctoral supervisors were higher than those of master's supervisors.
