住院医师规培生的自主学习现状分析与探讨

了解住院医师规培生(以下简称住培生)的自主学习现状,分析原因,提出培养建议。结果显示:住培生的自主学习时间较少、学习途径较单一,自主学习能力有待进一步提升,建议强化住培生自主学习能力的培养,提高其自主学习的主动性,优化其培训安排,拓宽其自主学习的途径,加强教师队伍的建设。
Current Status and Discussion on Self-directed Learning of Resident Physicians in Training
This study aims to understand the current status of self-directed learning among resident physicians in training(hereinafter referred to as residents),analyze the reasons,and propose cultivation suggestions.The results show that residents have limited time for self-directed learning,and their learning methods are relatively singular.Their ability for self-directed learning needs further improvement.It is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of residents'self-directed learning ability,enhance their initiative in self-directed learning,optimize their training arrangements,broaden their avenues for self-directed learning,and strengthen the construction of the teaching faculty.
