Intern Nursing Students'Psychological Stress and Health Self-management Ability Correlation Research
Objective:To investigate the current situation of psychological stress among intern nursing students and analyze its correlation with health self-management ability.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to survey 459 clinical intern nursing students.Results:The average total score of psychological stress among the 459 intern nursing students was 1.26±0.69,and the average total score of health self-management was 3.35±1.15.There was a significant negative correlation between the two(r=-0.639,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that educational background,internship stage,and health self-management ability were the main influencing factors of psychological stress among intern nursing students(R2=0.480,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both psychological stress and health self-management ability among intern nursing students are at a moderate level,and stronger health self-management ability is associated with lower psychological stress.
