Practical research on《Pondering on treatise on Febrile Diseases》assisted Treatise on Febrile Diseases course under the concept of"integrity and integrity"
Objective:To explore the teaching effect of《Pondering on Treatise on Febrile Diseases》in the course of typhoid fever for students of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:in the first semester of 2020~2021 academic year,two junior Chinese medicine classes of the same grade and specialty in Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,they were divided into control group(53 Students)and experimental group(51 students),the total class hours of each group were 72 hours,in which control group was the traditional teaching of《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,while the experimental group compressed the teaching time properly on the basis of traditional teaching,and integrated the relevant teaching content of《Pondering on treatise on Febrile Diseases》into the normal teaching process.At the end of the semester,the two groups will be assessed separately.The assessment content is divided into two parts,the standardized patients(SP)assessment and the unified examination paper,which are specifically divided into the clinical diagnosis and treatment operation of traditional Chinese medicine,medical ethics assessment and SP scoring,each accounting for 20%of the total score,while the examination paper accounts for 40%of the total score;Finally,the total score of the two major assessment parts and four items will be calculated in proportion.Results:Control group postponed the examination for 3 people,and Experimental group postponed the examination for 2 people.In the SP examination,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM,medical ethics examination and SP score(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the scores of the test paper(P>0.05);The total score of the last two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the integration of《Pondering on Treatise on Febrile Diseases》content into the teaching practice of typhoid fever for students of traditional Chinese medicine does not affect the students'paper scores,but also promotes the students'medical ethics,clinical diagnosis and treatment level and overall academic performance.
