摘要
目的:评估PBL在医学教育中的有效性.方法:检索英文电子数据库,包括PubMed、Embase和Cochrane.比较PBL和传统的讲座式学习在医学教育中对学生理论知识、技能和案例分析分数的影响.结果:共纳入10个RCT,总样本量为1673名医学生.PBL教学模式显著提高了学生技能得分,但未提高学生理论知识和案例分析得分.结论:PBL在提高技能方面比传统教学方法更有效.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of PBL in medical education.Methods:We searched English electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane.Studies comparing the effects of PBL and traditional lecture-based learning on students'theoretical knowledge,skills,and case analysis scores in medical education were included.Results:A total of 10 RCTs with a combined sample size of 1673 medical students were included.The PBL teaching mode significantly improved students'skill scores but did not improve their theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores.Conclusion:PBL is more effective than traditional teaching methods in improving skills in medical education.
