摘要
在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情以及日趋严峻的医患关系背景下,文章对国内医学生职业认同现状、测量工具及影响因素进行综述,并提出提升医学生职业认同水平的对策,旨在为进一步开展相关研究,提高医学生职业认同提供参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasingly severe doctor-patient relationship,this article reviews the current status of the occupational identity of domestic medical students,measurement tools,and influencing factors.It also proposes strategies to enhance the level of occupational identity among medical students,aiming to provide references for further research and improvement of the occupational identity of medical students.
