分析了"三全育人"理念在非正式学习质效提升中的作用,提出了以非正式学习情境治理提升高层次复合型医学人才培养实效的思想.从全面增强新认知、创新探索新路径、着力构建新格局、深层激发新活力、切实赋予新内涵等5个方面,对"三全育人"理念下医学高校图书馆非正式学习情境治理策略进行了阐释.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the role of the"Three All-Round Education"concept in improving the quality and effectiveness of informal learning and proposes the idea of using informal learning context governance to enhance the effectiveness of training high-level compound medical talents.From five aspects including comprehensively enhancing new cognition,exploring new paths of innovation,focusing on constructing new patterns,deeply stimulating new vitality,and effectively endowing new connotations,this paper elaborates on the strategies for informal learning context governance in medical university libraries under the concept of"Three All-Round Education."
