医学院校生物类专业就业及与医药方向的关联性分析——以山东某医学院为例

统计我院生物专业的就业形势与就业层次,通过logistics回归模型分析生物专业就业与医药方向的关联性。结果表明:我院近5年生物专业平均就业率为96。9%,就业形势良好,但就业层次及专业匹配度有待提高;生物专业毕业生就业与医药方向的关联度较高,性别对医药方向就业产生显著的正向影响,就业年级对医药方向就业产生显著的负向影响。最后,提出改善医学院校生物类专业就业的引导策略。
Analysis of Employment Status and Association with Pharmaceutical Direction for Biological Majors in Medical Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of a Medical College in Shandong Province
This study statistically analyzes the employment situation and employment levels of our college's biological majors.Through logistic regression modeling,it examines the association between employment of biological majors and the pharmaceutical direction,aiming to provide reference for the setting of biological majors in medical colleges and universities,and to construct active and effective employment guidance strategies.The results show that the average employment rate of biological majors in our college over the past five years is 96.9%,indicating a favorable employment situation.However,there is room for improvement in employment levels and the degree of professional matching.Graduates with biological majors have a relatively high association with employment in the pharmaceutical direction.Gender has a significant positive impact on employment in the pharmaceutical direction,while the year of graduation has a significant negative impact on employment in the pharmaceutical direction.Finally,suggestions are made to create distinctive employment growth points by leveraging advantages and opportunities,improve employment quality through precise assistance,and strengthen the tripartite linkage among universities,enterprises,and the market to enhance crisis management and improve employment guidance strategies for biological majors in medical colleges and universities.
