摘要
目的:探讨并发症与死亡病例讨论会(morbidity and mortality conferences,双M讨论会)在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果.方法:2021年8月至2022年8月,每周定期举行双M讨论会.通过出科考核评价参加双M讨论会学员(试验组)和未参加讨论学员(对照组)的临床综合能力.并发放调查问卷进行讨论会满意度调查.结果:出科考核结果显示试验组成绩显著性高于对照组(P=0.031).97.67％的试验组学员认为有必要经常开展.结论:双M讨论会可有效提高教学质量和满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of Morbidity and Mortality Conferences(M&M conferences)in the standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery residents.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2022,M&M conferences were held regularly every week.Clinical comprehensive abilities of residents who participated in the M&M conferences(experimental group,n=43)and those who did not participate(control group,n=43)were evaluated through exit examinations.A satisfaction survey was also conducted using questionnaires.Results:The results of the exit examinations showed that the scores of the experimental group(89.31±3.28)were significantly higher than those of the control group(88.10±1.50)(P=0.031).97.67％of the experimental group residents believed that it was necessary to hold M&M conferences regularly.Conclusion:M&M conferences can effectively improve the quality of teaching and satisfaction among residents.
