Application Study of Toulmin Argumentation Model Combined with Microteaching Method in Clinical Nursing Supervision of Oral Implantology
Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method in clinical nursing supervision of oral implantology. Methods:Sixty nurses rotating in the oral implantology department were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group received instruction using the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed for differences. Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher theoretical and practical examination scores, critical thinking ability scores, and satisfaction with supervision compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method in clinical nursing supervision of oral implantology can effectively improve the learning outcomes and satisfaction of rotating nurses.
