摘要
目的:探讨遵义医科大学附属医院见习带教方法,分析临床医师脱产见习带教的可行性.方法:随机选取遵义医科大学2016级、2017级医学专业本科生为教学对象,试验组由神经内科医师脱产专职带教,对照组采用传统见习带教方法,每组40人,对两组理论成绩进行统计分析,并进行问卷调查.结果:试验组理论成绩优于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组见习满意度优于对照组.结论:临床医师脱产见习带教可以提高神经病学教学效果.
Abstract
Purpose:To explore the internship supervision and teaching methods at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University and analyze the feasibility of off-duty internship supervision and teaching for clinical physicians.Methods:Randomly select medical students from Zunyi Medical University's 2016 and 2017 classes as the teaching subjects.The experimental group is supervised and taught by off-duty neurology physicians,while the control group adopts traditional internship supervision and teaching methods.Each group consists of 40 people.The theoretical scores of the two groups are statistically analyzed,and a questionnaire survey is conducted.Results:The theoretical scores of the experimental group are superior to those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the internship satisfaction of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Off-duty internship supervision and teaching by clinical physicians can improve the teaching effectiveness of neurology.
