摘要

采用团队教学法(team based learning,TBL)联合临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)对我科实习医生进行实习带教.试验组出科考试成绩及带教满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).TBL教学法联合CP提高了学习效率及满意度,在关节运动医学科实习带教中的应用效果显著.

Abstract

Team-Based Learning(TBL)combined with Clinical Pathway(CP)was used to conduct internship teaching for interns in our department.The examination scores and teaching satisfaction survey results of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group.The application of TBL combined with CP improved learning efficiency and satisfaction,with significant effects in the internship teaching of joint and sport medicine.
